Jaspal Bindra -The strategist
Jaspal, or more fondly known as Jaz, is a passionate restaurateur. He is among few people who actually went on to pursue a career in the same field as his post secondary study.
Over the years, Jaz has become a voracious reader, and business strategy learnings are a favourite for him. His consistency, across all his endeavours, is his core differentiator. Be it his health routine, his morning journaling regimen, or his everyday reading, his level of commitment is inspiring to say the least.
Jaz adheres to certain life philosophies – a leading one being to offer value—that rivals international benchmarks—to his clientele. Quite naturally, it is he who laid out the strategy for Curious Gigglers, of how we would go from “chalo, karten hain” to “ab, admission announce karo“. Each step outlined by Jaz has offered immense value to parents and children alike at Curious Gigglers.
Divya Saluja Bindra – The Concept Creator
Divya has a study background in human resources. She likes working with people, but in 2016, after she was blessed with a beautiful daughter, she realised she most loved working with parents and their tiny people. Divya is a certified parenting expert, a lactation consultant, and a prenatal and postnatal counsellor. Over the course of her interactions with parents, she realised there was a pressing need for early age education with an altogether different perspective.
Parents are generally immersed in a race to find the best for their children. However, in this race, they forget to slow down, understand their little ones, and to look at them as individuals rather than just another super child in the making. Depression rates are at an all time high in India, and so are divorce rates.
The blame cannot be laid on millennials, or generations X or Y, for being aggressive or intolerant. Rather, the root cause must be unearthed, and more often than not, it lies in children’s upbringing – where parents were unaware of the consequences of mechanical life learnings, severe punishments, and an over controlling environment, among others.
This was how Divya’s observations and learnings sparked the idea that culminated in Curious Gigglers

Ravinder Bindra – The Pillar
CO-FOUNDER
When we say Mumma is our pillar, we mean it quite literally. She has been an inspiration to so many of us – be it her zest for life, her ability to learn both driving and swimming after turning 50, or honing her communication skills at her Toastmasters club. Mumma embodies a large part of the values and ethos that we have built Curious Gigglers around.
She holds her family together with grace, manages social engagements with ease, and she is still able to spend a great deal of time with her grandchildren. Without her support, Curious Gigglers would have remained a mere idea.
